The Challenge

When Hitit's airline client needed a mobile solution to digitise manual transactions of flight schedules, permits and document requests, flight-based statistics, and sector information, as well as crew check-in, Hitit contacted us to develop the solution.

What We Developed

Together with Hitit, we developed a mobile crew application that is now used by pilots and cabin crew at several airlines, including Nile Air and Cape Verde Airlines. We later developed the Crew in Touch solution as “SmartOps” for Pegasus Airlines.

The mobile apps were developed natively on iOS and Android.

The solution also provides the opportunity for administrators to track flight information and document details of airline cockpit and cabin crews. Announcements can be made collectively to the airline teams, and they can also track relevant document approvals. Approved documents are saved and can be accessed at any time.
